Maybe we are all getting worked up over nothing. Doesn't it make sense that CEN and all parties have come to some sort of agreement? All along Bill has been transparent and honest with all of us, so why now change that. The Allard case was decided in March/April, (not sure, but doesn't matter). CEN puts out a PR In June having decided not to continue the JR, which was not going to hearing before the August 24 government dead line regarding the Allard case. Than just a few days ago, we find out that OMB hearing regarding zoning gets cancelled. This is 2weeks from when the governments deadline was set to restructure the medical marijuana program. To further my point, in each of the most recent PR's, Bill has emphasized all of these cancellation are in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. Does anyone actually think that a company pursing a license in a program they have repeatively stated is unconstitutional, would not wait to see if that license would become invalid in the newly formed program before abandoning all legal action. Ecspecially, when you have been fighting your way through the court system for more than a year. Really, could any companies CEO be this incompetent?
