News flash......Heddle has never *run* a pubco that *trades* on the OTC and every action now is under scrutiny......hence 'pubco'....
He has made himself open to be picked apart and dissected by his failure to make the company viable ...as well as not maintaining his fiduciary duty to shareholders.
