We can see that "they" are worried and want to cap the price. Right now on the not-to-be-trusted http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CTIX/quote Level 2, there's a 5000 share bid in at 1.37, and a couple thousand offered at 1.38, and....
offered at 1.39, 58,526 shares. LOL
I guess we know how worried they are now. Trying to make it look like overwhelming supply up there. We've seen this before, and when an actual bid came in, magically those "offered" shares disappear from the ask.
