After receiving the initial request to respond to allegations posted on iHUB that there is no business relationship between BTL and TPAC, the IR Manager contacted Mr. James Yang of BTL. The following series of emails will show IR’s communication followed by BTLs response.
IR COMMUNICATION TO BTL (sent to: Mr. James Yang)
“Greetings Mr. Yang,
I am the IR Manager working with CEO Bill McKay and Trans-Pacific Aerospace (TPAC). Today we have received an email from a TPAC shareholder. This email was posted online that included a response from James Yang as Marketing Manager at BTL regarding the business relationship between TPAC and BTL.
The email in question (see below) was sent to marketing@billiontek.net and asks whether or not BTL is doing business with TPAC and a claim by TPAC that BTL is their factory.
Emailed Question: “Can you tell me if BTL is doing business with a company called trans pacific aerospace? I was wondering because they are posting pictures on their twitter and also claimed BTL to be their factory a year ago…is this true? Thanks”
The response, supposedly from BTL, was simply “no”.
Mr. Yang, TPAC is a customer of BTL and has been for quite some time. TPAC utilizes BTL’s factory to model parts of the TPAC spherical bearing yet your response was there is no business relationship. Mr. McKay has never claimed to own BTL. BTL has been spoken about in terms of utilization of the factory for the TPAC spherical bearings. However it has been noted that CEO Bill McKay is looking to provide its Boeing’s bearing manufacturing business directly to BTL through agreements. If this has changed please let us know.

“Hi All ,
I am sorry for the inaccurate information I gave you in my previous email, I did not do a thorough investigation. I am very familiar on a personal basis with bill McKay, since he is frequently at our facility and is a good friend of out owner. However, I only know his company name by TPAC or Godfrey and I was not familiar with the name Trans Pacific Aerospace, I did not ask anyone else about the name Trans Pacific Aerospace. It was my mistake. TPAC and BTL Have been working together for more than 5 years and together we have a strong strategic partnership .TPAC will be moving into our new facility next month and we hope to continue working together to expand both businesses, bill is a valued person to BTL . I’m sorry for the misunderstanding and my error.

MOVING FORWARD
In the trading arena, it is absolutely important to conduct due diligence especially in the world of OTC. However, when that “research” is done with malice and the intent to discredit, now we are on another level. A bad one. We understand there will be bashers wanting to see and initiate the worst case scenarios. If you are one to feed into the negativity, and make judgement or actions because of that negativity without doing your own DD or seeking a better response other than “no” to a series of inaccurate questions, take a step back and ask yourself do I need to be here.
It is the intent of all involved in Trans-Pacific Aerospace (TPAC) to grow and make this company successful. The business/financial units were set in place to guide and support TPAC in that endeavor. IR was put here to examine the information TPAC sends out to the community. It would be great for all to be a part of the journey, either now or along the way.
