I disagree. It is the hedge funds/investment banks and brokerage firms that have your money at the moment. Sure there was dilution but that is why all public companies are public, so they can raise capital by selling stock. Abusive naked shorting is done purposely with a goal of driving companies into bankruptcy by selling non existent shares.
That is what has happened here and if it had not the stock on its merit would be selling at a much higher price without ever having had a reverse split imho. Abusive naked shorting which is what has happened to NTEK is criminal and needs to be stopped. I look forward to the day those who have sold all the NTEK counterfeit shares are forced to buy them back. All brokerage firms are ignoring their fiduciary responsibilities by demanding good delivery or this would not be happening. The regulators know full well what is happening and choose to look the other way as well for the most part. If you recall the regulators acted quickly to protect the banks from naked shorting after Lehman was devoured by the shorters.:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lehman_Brothers. Fortunatly NTEK has alliances with the giants of the industry any one of which could generate an offer that was too good to refuse but imo all of them have done their DD on NTEK and expect it to grow and prosper. Information like lajet posted this morning on Windows 10 is awesome news and a perfect example of NTEK being on the cutting edge. We would all appreciate communications with the company increasing substantially. It is not going to be easy but I do think we are going to win the war we are having with the criminals so my suggestion is to write to your Congresscritter about naked shorting while we wait for this to turn around. Go NTEK!!!
