Question. Why does Rick continue to file Q's and K's?
I know if you don't file you get downgraded in the OTC exchange I believe.
But why spend money every Q? The company is waiting for a sale. I don't believe anyone cares what exchange they are on, the price is at $0.02 and nobody is selling no matter what the SP is.
Why spend the $$$ on K's and Q's when that money could have went into fixing #3 which I have been screaming for years they should have done.
