The company is also pleased to announce that the earlier patent application for Translock² has been fully approved by The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and will issue as U.S. Patent 9,428,330 on August 30, 2016. This current Translock² patent covers a bulk container system that includes an interlocking mechanism which very efficiently connects containers during loading and off-loading. The two new patent applications significantly expand the intellectual property portfolio for Translock² and the innovative features that make this an unmatched system for commodity shipping across a wide range of industries in every part of the world. The first new patent application describes improvements for multi-interchangeable chambers, delivery systems, and also a unique conveyance unit designed for the gravity feed and pneumatic discharge of materials while being stacked and utilized as storage/silo systems. The second new patent application provides for a revolutionary design change on all future shipping containers. In addition to the existing pick up points, a new technology has been introduced, that provides for collapsible pad-eye pickups which are strategically placed to distribute a bulk cargo load much more efficiently, as well as provide for a safer and more secure connection while in transport.
