I have been trying to dollar cost average down and now for over a year so if the company is sold for me to just break even I would need $1.17 a share after the devastating split. It looks like the forty years I spent trying to save a nest egg is now .03 a share. I get no information from the company as I watch my savings daily disappear with no specific reason for dilution other than debt reduction. When I got into this there was no debt, they paid dividends and year later they are in trouble with debt to finance expansion. I've seen this before where a company expands to fast and gets into trouble with creditors.
