ironic since on most every other *equity* (regardless of where traded) has
1 to 2 cycles in play per year (if not more) .. but PTOI's *last* orchestrated
cycle UP was Jan 2013 .. making for a rather revealing level of angst visible
if one knows exactly where in the cycle of money .. a stock is .. one can
play those who illegally manipulate US Equities .. at their own game rather easily
i've highlighted this *cycle* for years now .. PTOI has been *reset* non stop
for over 3.5 years ..
that is also why i've noted the *ramp* in volume (avgs) on PTOI since the 2M done
over 2 days back in July ..
52 week low was *reset* on Tuesday .. (last round was March 2016)
multi options being telegraphed via l2 .. *imo*
