Excellent move from when I first mentioned it at .0015 - .0033 hod so far.
The bottom watchers who bought in the range .0011>.0015 before PSG alerted it - and they only had 37M>22M (depending on how much they sold from a previous run .0011>.0015) - have probably either sold if they want to or are holding for a lotto to .01+ which it has done before in a single day.
Very few got shares in the .0016>.0019 range. Prior to today, most have bought around .0025 or above which is why there hasn't been any bidwhacking so far below .0027.
A whale bid of 5M went in at .0023 - probably from those that want it higher.
CDEL appears to be top bidder or matching with a 10K anyone who outbids him. Perhaps either covering a short position from earlier when it was driven down to .0018 for no apparent reason or wanting to push it higher to become eligible for a higher tier given the huge revenues in Q1 + Q2.
