The purpose of this board:
To assist me in tracking my investment progress. I figure others may find my thoughts useful. If not, simply do not read my posts.
My goal:
Profit.
My intention:
Using my knowledge of the market, charts, and trends I will invest in a manner which will lead to profit.
Understand this:
This is NOT investment advice. If you read this board and think, "Hey, this guy sounds like he knows what he is talking about; I think I'll do what he does"... this board is NOT for you.
Learn my motto quickly:
There is a VERY HIGH degree of RISK involved in trading and INVESTING. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
I only invest what I can afford to lose. If you invest more than you can afford to lose, and then end up losing your entire investment.. that is on you. I take my investments very seriously and am well aware of the online "blame-game" trend which goes something like this:
1. The person who does the most DD is congratulated by other board members for their research.
2. The stock price goes up. Other board members pat this person on his back for all of his wonderful DD.
3. For whatever reason, the stock price crashes. In turn, the other investors turn on this investor and blame him for their loss.
This does not settle with me. Again, no one forces anyone to press the BUY and/or SELL button. EVERYONE investing should speak to an investment professional PRIOR to investing.
