Nice try guys but your myopic arguments are simply stupid.
If you have followed the progression you could not help but conclude the company is not interested in getting a license as that ship has sailed. However, the overwhelming evidence of interference of both HC and Lakeshore resulting in a denial of the license will all come out in the $15 million lawsuit.
Conveniently absent in your argument is the fact Bill has spent the majority of his time overseas where the real business should be. He probably saw the writing on the wall early and while the rest of the LP's fight over the small Canadian market he has been busy in other counties where the opportunities are likely much larger.
There is no win in getting the OMB to 'suggest' Lakeshore overturn their retroactive zoning that interfered with the business. The win will come in Federal court where all the same evidence will be heard except it will be in front a judge that can actually award damages.
If you are truly invested and have decided your best course of action is to come on this board and act like crying little pussies then there is still much you need to learn about life. The majority of us here understand we put our money down and accept the fact we are only going to see a return when the company is a success. Your constant negative, uninformed speculation is more of statement about your character, lack of intelligence and overall failure in accepting that business is challenging and you certainly could not succeed at it with your attitudes and limited life experience.
You've been kicked off most boards and IHUB now is just basher's loving basher's. I understand you have nowhere to go and cry about your misfortune in hopes other's agree with you so you can be miserable together. But in life sometimes you need to just be by yourself and take stock of how you got to be so miserable. You can do it but it will take some commitment and consistent hard work.
