End Result ? Without ZONING there is no Federal remedy or claim.
The law says we have no Zoning. No appellate court will rule otherwise because Bill dropped the case.
The OMB hearing was a sure thing, we get back our zoning to produce MMJ. Well established law applies and Governing case law exists. ( Remember the Go- Cart track case ) ?
With Zoning we shareholders have a stake and are still in the game. With Zoning we now can petition the federal gov. for a license and or Monetary Damages.
With Zoning Cen Biotech could merge, sublease, lease, or sell the parcel as a MMJ zoned parcel for production.
With Zoning ruled in our favor we shareholders are still in the GAME.
