REPOST: We know from SeccoTech that the one and only individual that
was holding up the DTCC chill release process is now cooperating.
We know that Victory Partners needs the money it will get from
selling TEMN to someone.
We don't know how long it takes to release the DTCC chill.
I think it will take less than a month. Just my opinion.
Victory Partners could have multiple parties interested in
corporate shells since accommodating such interests is a big
part of their business.
Advance buying of TEMN before the new buyer arrives in a month
or less could start driving the share price up anyday now.
Remember, TEMN was an SEC reporting corporation with a legitimate
business before EA bought and abandoned it and once the DTCC chill
is gone, it will be a perfectly clean corporate shell suitable for
anyone from a new start up to a private equity firm that wants to
go public.
