well I based that
on a loss of 50,000,000 shares at $5 due to a fat finger .01 and 3 week late immediate release divvy payment some have said $8-9 is more in line.
Now I am basing it on 3 MIA certs at $142 Which is in the fundamentals...has to be a audit trail for that.
Not enough shares +/- on ether side of 3 Million.
