That's the first time I heard it would go to auction. I don't know enough about US bankruptcy but interesting. I do agree Rick would get pennies on the dollar. Thats why I don't understand why Rick has done what he did with the company.
Oil price is not helping this company and I have also said too bad this company wasn't around 25 years ago when recycling has never been heard of.
Not sure why Rick didnt run with the waste oil processing. I made it quite clear that if used oil processing worked I would sell everything to buy shares. It started to work then Rick pretty much shut everything down before #3 could prove itself.
We've been through this before. If the company goes bankrupt it's not Ricks. It goes to auction, Rick would get the proceeds of the auction if there were to be any ( a couple of pennies on the dollar )
Perhaps you should have stepped up to the plate with the finances required to fund this company through to fruition.
He's funding and filing. I'm quite sure that someone with more experience in this field could have been further along at this point, but he is the one that put up the funds...........no one else stepped up!
Also the price of oil IS a factor.........what's that these days $ 43.03 at this very moment, I`m sure that $ 100 a barrel would make the ROI a LOT better.
