I agree. It never made sense to me pursuing a license post hence for an administrative program ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. If the court had ruled otherwise it would be something to pursue.
On the other hand, pursuing damages is entirely appropriate which will result in a rather substantial sum.
At the end of the day, August 24 is fast approaching.....IMO this provides a small peek at what lies ahead:
