The plan did not factor in the fact that for gtrq be a module manufacturer did not make business sense whwn all the chips manufacturers were getting IoT chips with high battery life on the market, while Solovan was. Po ole boy all alone pretending ti have IP. Garb had NOTHING but the idea.
The potential was with Itraq, and they demonstrated the limits of cell only positioning wich is awful.
Solovan never had the stature of a CEO

Many got blindsighted by the concept and its false technical promised, and they jumped right in, encouraged by other blind investors with their own false promises.
