No - just profit taking from a few people who bought in the .0023> .0031 range who panicked when they saw VFIN and wanted to take a profit close to 100%.
Every time VFIN is hit for about 50K against his 10K he moved up then disappeared completely on Friday.
Due to the low float, it is very thin to the upside and doesn't take many impatient, selfish people undercutting the ask or bid whacking to take it down for a while.
A group with deep pockets is in this due to the potential to go to much higher on anticipated news and mergers.
It was at .06 in March and .30 a year ago.
For me this is just a lotto with 3 x 100K buys in the .0046>.0060 range - it is very difficult to pick up even 100K at one particular price on the ask and those only bidding run the risk of it running up 20 to 30-ticks without them gegting anything.
