colluding entity has been in position since 2009
overlapping *entities* (plural) in place since 2011/2012/2013
they aren't retail .. they don't *carry* retails' margins .. and none of
this crap pertains to *legal* shorts ... which imo like almost every other
OTC stat re: PTOI has long since been perverted ..
set up for 52 week reset (EOY 2015) got underway the week of 8.24.15
from an impeccable source .. *settlement* sells were not in play thru EO Nov 2015
there were still queue queries being handled by Gilardi as of mid Feb 2016
and as noted b4 a few x over .. none of this side noise matters ..
the only aspect that does matter is what the CEO of P2O *files* next
does he provide yet another opportunity for CEs via an NT .. or does he
have the Q filed on time with an accompanying Shareholder Update 5 months
after the last one ..
