Why did George not purchase an even number of thou

Why did George not purchase an even number of thousands of shares on his last stock purchase? Am I the only one who noticed that? It is as if he went all in by purchasing the additional 79,549,056 shares. I see this as a vote of confidence on his part. Staying long here and expecting something good next week.
