DTC- under pressure form congress posted white papers in 2013 allowing for due process --vs their never before seen unconstitutional private/ public eminent domain taking against innocent 3rd party purchasers(stockholders)
Oppenheimer stockbrokers erred in receiving ca 6000 in restricted stock ca june 2009 at its boca raton office -the same place where the corp who previously held the CWRN legal structure was located-an odd coincidence???
CWRN reportedly-and research seems to confirm this- never issued restricted stock(except in certificate form to family -which would no longer be restricted by june 2009? and Oppenheimer didnt receive a hard cert)
and never issued opinion letters stating that restricted stock was now eligible for free trading
and if CWRN had,the SEC would've discovered such in their thorough investigation from ca 2010 -2012
so dtc is still punishing cwrn and stock holders for some stock brokers erred in receiving a tiny amount of restricted stock -stock which would've become free trading back in late 2009-its now 2016 and innocent 3rd party purchasers -both before and after the fact- are still illegally being punished w stock de facto confiscated
all because a powerful politician decided business was evil and had to be stopped -he couldnt do anything about big business so ordered agencies to attack these low priced penny stocks -allowing unrestricted fraud against longs
and thousands of pennies were restricted without warning- nobody could ever have predicted this because it had never occurred before and these restrictions werent possible without unprecedented constitutional violations -so even when this occurred anybody who knew the law -thought these were temporary aberrations
and we couldnt sell our stock because it was illegally restricted
that politician will no longer be in power as of jan next year-so its likely these illegal policies will be reversed-that will take care of the stock side
Ilia revenues need to be recovered and applied to CWRN operations and or distributed to stockholders of record at that time
and lawsuits need to be resolved which one way or the other are holding back operations also -those suits are overdue for resolution-but the mex legal system is crazier than the usa legal system-if thats possible
