the share price keeps dropping back because:
1- more shares being issued and sold due to outstanding toxic notes.
2- see above

4-see #1
5-No production and sales.
6- inability to finance production and sales without toxic debt
7- Poorly written PR's that are really insignificant because we need production and sales.
8- see #5
9-past history of over promising and under delivering(boy who cried wolf syndrome)
10-market maker /share convertor collusion
the share price will go up if:
1- production and sales
2- reduce the amount of shares
3- eliminate toxic financing
4- have a solid business plan for the three above
5- well written and timed PR's to announce the production and sales.
6- A solid management team to build the company not a one man show.
7- under promising and over delivering
8- get off the pink sheets
9- successful viability of products
10-successful durability of products.
