2. Re-engage the TA
3. Initiate the OTC filing and ability to update status to Current
4. Complete financial and disclosure reports
5. Legal Opinion for OTC Filings - Final Stage completed
6. News to Shareholders
7. Go-to-Market with refined business Platform

Dear CM,
IJJ Corporation is not dead, we are actively marketing and building a business platform. We have been able to get a cancellation effort into court to reverse the Randy Goulding 3(a)(10). Plus we are now going after another 300 million more shares still in certificate form from Mr. Goulding program. Today we took back 490 Million shares returned to restricted common shares.

What you want, I hope is a stable business entity that will create value for your stock, which I will make happen.
