The settlement fund shares for the settlement of PTOI's previous accounting fraud should almost be completely sold now, after 12,500 shares/day for about a year. I think I remember the three million shares would run out early August...so either today or a few more days at the most.
It will be interesting to see how that's perceived and/or whether investors will start putting those few hundred dollars per day into bidding up the share price instead of buying the settlement shares. The stock price should be very light on its feet with little trading coupled with the end of the settlement fund selling.
Although it's still odd to me how, after all the fraud, lies and misrepresentations from JBII/PTOI over the years, that anyone can still believe that Mr. Bordynuik invented a revolutionary technology to make crude oil for under $10/bbl that somehow just needs more time before it can come to market. There are so many penny stock scams out there that follow the same pattern. What supposedly makes PTOI any different?
