ZWAG Box Delivery - E-Mail Update Sent to Customers [from Facebook]:
"This is just a quick update to the status of the July ZWAG BOX.
First off, it has unfortunately been delayed in shipping due to the shirt vendor having unforeseen issues. In normal months, we would put the cutoff toward the middle of the month, but we were assured by our vendor that there would be no delivery problems extending the deadline to accommodate the fans we would reach at San Diego Comic Con this year.
This promise does not seem to have been true, and we are working fast on solutions, and we are as upset as you all are. This was not the way we wanted to get out of the starting gate, but it is part of the growing pains in dealing with new (albeit, major industry) vendors.
We did push back the renewal dates to keep from charging monthly subscribers before boxes have shipped. And while we have alerted people on Facebook that there was an issue, we didn't want to state too much via email until we felt we had a grip on what exactly was going on and what our options would be. Perhaps we erred in our slight delay in relaying what is happening, and for that we apologize.
Rest assured the boxes WILL go out and they will be jam packed with goody goodness above and beyond to help mitigate the slight delay. We thank you for your patience as we get past these growing pains and hope you'll stick with us when you see the final results of all our hard work and your continued faith in us.
Each and every one of you matter to us greatly.
Moving forward, please note that boxes ship toward the END of every month, and we are working ahead to help try to keep this from happening ever again!
