Bad news indeed. I can't wait for K-pancreatic to start, but I think funding is what holding it back. The pancreatic cancer patient started her K treatment at 30 mg/m2 and continued for four cycles. So the highest dosage she could've received was 75 mg/m2. It was amazing that stable disease was achieved for 3+ months.
"A Phase 1 clinical study was conducted with Kevetrin administered once weekly for 3 weeks with an off-week between cycles. Only one patient with pancreatic cancer was enrolled in the trial. The patient, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer received four full cycles of Kevetrin. Tumor measurements showed stable disease for more than three months."

I sure hope that someone can come up with something fast, whether it's Kevetrin or some other drug, for this really horrible cancer.
