$LAGBF Laguna Blends, Inc. is a network marketing Company, that recently launched its first product category of functional beverage products. Laguna has spent the past 22 months building the necessary infrastructure. Laguna has completed research and product development of high quality hemp products, integrated its software and technology, established World class manufacturing and shipping partners. Laguna launched the business to its independent affiliates in the USA and Canada in March of 2016. Laguna went public in September of 2015 via a reverse merger with a British Columbia, Canadian-based Company. After a series of transactions, including an exchange of shares, the resulting Company has three stock listings. The shares trade on the Canadian exchange under the symbol LAG, on the Frankfurt exchange under LB6A.F and in the U.S. over-the-counter market under LAGBF.
