Thanks Iggyman.. I emailed Bob to ask if he minded if I posted the article, previous to the buyout. He said it was pretty much common knowledge anyway and  something similar was posted on the Ipoop board way back in 2010. Bob also mentioned that in their search for properties he had talked to one guy that wanted $20/ton in ground.. He said that was a pretty short conversation, but who know what inflation and old father time will bring..  In 1970 I pumped gas for customers in northern Wis. We sold the gas for 20.9 cents a gallon! LOL
