That's true, but the main reason why the market is going after the 777, 787, 737 is fuel efficiency. They don't want a 4 engine aircraft, when the 2 engine aircraft such as the 777 can do the job of a 747.
It's possible that Baltia could go for the older 747-400 and up. I have no clue what they are going to do with the 747-200 in their hands. Make it strictly for cargo only? Is that the advantage they have now? Only time will tell.
It seems that CP Securities know something that could attract the new investors otherwise they wouldn't sign up with Baltia, so from what I see, good things are to come in the near future.
