Sorry, but they need to have basic fundamentals in place first. Meaning fins should have been completed long ago. It is not a matter of expense but a matter of how business and process oriented they are. This could have been completed long ago but they did not have the competencies in place to see it through. With that being said, it is obvious a buyout is off the table unless we get fins completed...perhaps a partnership who knows. My guess is that they rinse and repeat until they have used many generations of investors. I would really like to know how many shares after R/S that directors (current and ex) have accumulated and what are the plans for future employee share distributions. Sorry as I do not post often but I am just livid about this situation and must vent. Here we have a disruptive technology that actually works but we do not have the leadership or managerial horsepower to see this through.
Perhaps I am wrong, and maybe they are not filling critical positions due to a planned buyout down the road. Who knows? But it makes no sense to be "Laizze Faire" with the marketing or leadership competencies and not hire anybody when much larger companies will want to catch up with this technology.. This is an opportunity of a life time and I don't want to $hit this away. Sorry for ranting...still long!
