Latest From S-8. As has been pointed out by a poster debunking the bashers on iHub, the offering price of the 20M shares is .0094. The mid-price on August 1 was used to determine the quantity of shares needed to satisfy the debt.

In my opinion, the person owed money would want to be even at least and preferably make a further profit by selling higher in small amounts - particularly given 100%+ higher is not even .02 and has been reached twice in 2016 already relatively easily from the .0145 level.
In the grand scheme of things, 20M additional shares in the O/S in the OTC world at this price level is not that significant bearing in mind that there have been 8 x 8M>11M + 1 x 23M volume days in just the last 16 business days.
Anybody concerned about the actual share structure figures - who doesn't want to wait for the next official update from the company - should contact the Transfer Agent.
Amateur guesses posted at IH may be construed as an attempt to deceive / "scaremongering".
