$PSGR Until2017, you have to keep reminding yourself that Pershing Resources lists and sells itself as a DEVELOPMENTAL company. It never makes claims that it will be produce anything that will benefit the common shareholder. As long as Pershing Resources cleverly lists itself as a company that (ahem) 'researches' new and improved ways to inexpensively and with environmentally safe methods remove precious metals from ore, it will maintain that it never has misled anyone. The allusions to all the claims and the (cough cough) processing plant NEVER state that production will ever occur. Pershing Resources always covers its rear end by noting that 'something' MAY occur that MAY provide a better method of precious metals extraction....they never say it WILL or HAS produced anything but MAYBE, POSSIBLY or COULD produce something in the future. And that is how they have stayed in business for 20+ years without producing one ounce of anything of value but tons of BS on a daily basis.
