If you can read I said hundreds of millions not millions and I assumed they didn't buy all 1.2 billion shares thus hundreds of millions by an entity. Try to keep up

A R/S would not be a reason for someone/something to buy hundreds of millions of shares. That would be a reason to sell hundreds of millions of shares not buy. Something else coming IMO

THERE IS NO RATIONAL REASON FOR A REVERSE SPLIT.
It doesn't increase value of the stock.
All it would do would in lower the amount of outstanding shares but at higher price per share.
NO GAIN IN VALUE WHATSOEVER!
If Rash does do it, the ONLY REASON would be for SHORTING PURPOSES to knock the price down and if this is the case we should all call and write to FINRA and the SEC because it would only be for STOCK manipulation.

I've heard it before, no rs, no rs- there is no need for one. Then it was nothing is off the table to save the company. Then not 1 but 2 RSs and today the share price is 0001. These guys say and do anything.

Rash ALREADY CONFIRMED more than once NO R/S. This has been stated by him more than once within the last 90 days or so publicly in PR's that there is no R/S planned or anything to artificially pump up the PPS. Obviously not everything has gone according to plan but I would like to think that he wouldn't publicly state no R/S and then drop one on us; that would be the definition of misleading investors and trigger a serious SEC investigation...
Again, I would like to think that is the truth, NO R/S, he has stated more than once so that's the silver lining right now to all this chaos!
