You are right. Most of the stocks on the OTC are money-losers. It takes forever to find a good one, so when you do, you'd better milk it for all it's worth. We won't know until financials come out how much TEUFF is worth exactly, but I do know it's more than two cents! lol
This scenario keeps playing in my head; since the CEO here has over 35 years of experience, it seems very reasonable that he knew in 2014 where the shipping sector was headed. Every move over the past 2 years was made to protect and preserve $TEUFFs assets. While many other shipping companies were going under TEUFF stayed alive- one of the youngest fleets in the BIZ helps- allowing for the chance of a reversal. The share buyback was put in place ahead of the convertible to reassure shareholders TEUFF will always have their best interest in mind. The buyback allows for 10% of the current OS, which is 93m, this allows management the ability to purchase up to 9.3m shares. Essentially we will be looking @ over $44m in revenues/ 90mish OS/ and shareholder equity over $250m.... We sit @ .02 ---- THIS IS THE BEGINNING
