That has been known for years. Boeing had hoped that the 747-8 would attract the market, but it turns out that the 777 is very attractive. Boeing had just started updating the 777-x with the folded wings. I was asked to be on that program, but decided against it so that I can pursue more education at CU Boulder.
As for the 380, they have to sell so many to break even and I don't think they are there yet.
This does not mean that Baltia should not go after the 747. It'll still be around for another 20 years. Didn't they have the 767 in the plans, or is Baltia redoing the plans?
