Your opinion is spot on and maybe even "fact".
Why jump through all the hoops to apply for loan at ex-im, when it was "public knowledge" that such an application stood zero chance of being approved indefinitely...?
... Because theyre sitting on some private information or closely connected to a source indicating and encouraging moving forward with a 100M loan application NOW instead of 10M that we could have already been approved for..
They also worked closely with reps directly from ex-im bank in order to even be approved just to submit an application.
Obviously its all pure conjecture.. But the possibilities are almost endless at this point
There are so many different catalysts pending that once we get the first domino to fall, think dollars not pennies
