What a circus. If the brokers have to return the money, then Calissio doesn't. If COR's clients have already returned a part, then why the others have to do it? How many times does COR want to recover those funds?
Adding the four biggest brokers to the lawsuit looks like an exaggeration to me. COR is no match against any of them. Add that COR also shares much of the blame.
And more. COR continues to mention the problem was DTCC. Aren't they giving arguments to help the new defendants?
The interesting part is that they (COR and other interests) may want to create a precedent case where courts have jurisdiction independently of the arbitrage rules of the exchange.
