Worst case scenario: The R/S was primarily / solely for dilution to continue funding the company for a significant period of time knowing full well that significant revenues were too far away to wait for.
Best case scenario: The R/S was primarily /solely to clean up the share structure in order to be able to obtain decent financing to take this company to the next level and generate significant revenues, hopefully, starting before the end of this year.
Right now we have R/S + silence + dilution and a pps that is teetering.
