A reverse split without substantial news or developments to justify it is what cause pps to tank another 50%. The perception is it was done just to raise A/S for further dilution. 2,010,000,000 divided by 25.1 = 80,080,000 X 6.24 = 499,700,000 A/S. The 50k shares I bought at .17 the new b/e point is $4.27 pps. Nice.
