1. Current number of employees?
2. What advertising, marketing, and brand exposure plans does the company have?
When would we expect to see this, what type of marketing budget is allocated and will we see any dilution in the near future to accomplish this?
3. Any development with the 49ers?
4. Content Partners?
5. New CEO and CFO
6. HDR? Also more specifically is UltraFlix on schedule to deploy 4k+HDR this holiday season and will they be using the Dolby Vision version of HDR?
7. When will we expect to see UltraFlix on LG ?
8. NTGL distribution progress?
9. What is the latest with Akuymen and the relationship? Is there substantial revenue that the company might see from this?
10. What is the total hours of content and titles now? When will more content be uploaded?
11. Why are employees getting more stock after the RS when investors being more and more diluted? Are any of those employees officers/directors of NTEK (doesn’t seem right for them to dilute shareholders to give themselves stock when the company is not profitable), and have insiders of NTEK have directly or indirectly sold any NTEK stock within the last year and if so how much?
12. How will the state of the art allow the company to be audited? What has been the issue in the past that this fixes?
13. What are the financing plans going forward and what type of dilution might we expect to see within certain time frames?
14. Is the company on track to hit its projected revenue?
15. How will the company we improving and protecting shareholder value?
