There's no good reason when we hear from 3rd parties after the fact..they blew it for shareholders to access their holdings..thus dilution should not had to have been severe if communication is done right the same sh&t is replaying stock declines..with the right communication skills and information that can be shared in press release this can attract the right types of investment dollars..not the piss off like 6 shares on the open today WTF..investors wants to know the real deal.Ntek needs to get with it..starting with Audit
