I would be very surprised if NTEK has a shareholders meeting this year. With new management team supposedly in transition would doubtfully not want to face fifty plus angry shareholders who have been waiting and waiting for the promised audits, NTGL shares, status of ntgl activities if any, results of S.F. 49ers pilot program, timely monthly updates on ntek activities. The reverse split that most shareholders did not want which dropped the pps even further. What's up with the .1 after 25 ? Why was that necessary? The transition charges to shareholders after the split. Everyone agrees the ntek employees are working hard and have great products but when you losing the majority of your money and answers to basic questions such as why ntek is not on any of the platform boxes never are address its frustrating. I hope the new management team yet to be announced will do a better job communicating and advertising what's going on. Please!
