$SUTI Facebook - Shareholder Update - August 1.
Dear Shareholders and Interested Parties,
We would like to start off by thanking our shareholders for their patience with the recent delays in bringing you this update. We appreciate our shareholder base and understand the quiet majority wait patiently in the background for things to come. I will break this down into an overview of our plans and focus for the future and will update regularly through Facebook and market wide press releases.
Management – We are currently negotiating with sector and non sector specific professionals to fill all executive positions and are in the final selection process and will be announcing the appointments in the very near future.
Business Focus – We are planning a symbiotic relationship between Sutimco (SUTI) and Luxuriant Holdings (PRPM). The partnership will have Sutimco acting as the Venture Capital unit and Luxuriant Holdings utilizing its new managements skills will form a cannabis consulting firm focusing on sector specific product development, marketing, business management, and strategic partnerships. They symbiotic relationship with Sutimco will allow “packaging” of services to cover all of the customers needs. The dividend will still be executed, along with name changes and symbol change at SUTI.
Funding – We are in the final stages of acquiring adequate non toxic funding to cover our operations for the next year.
Partnerships – We are in the final negotiation stage of a strategic partnership with a cultivation operation with a presents in three states (expect an announcement on this deal by mid august) . We also have other being reviewed and will be decided upon over the next few weeks.
Compliance – We are currently preparing filings to be submitted to bring our companies to “current” status.
We are planning for long term success in what we believe will continue to be the hottest growth sector for the next decade to come. We anticipate slow and steady solid growth and will only invest in opportunities that allow our investors to “see, touch, and feel” operations to build confidence in our plan that we believe will be appreciated by the market. We will post our progress weekly here at Facebook and distribute market wide pr's when deemed necessary.
