Woodward, Inc. (NASDAQ:WWD) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share for the quarter, an increase of 10% from $0.10 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 7, 2016, for stockholders of record as of February 22, 2016.
