After leaving a bad employment situation I've begun working for myself in a freelance capacity over the last year but it's a tough road. H. Ins. costs, fluctuation of workload, SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX. I yearn for the days of staff employment. However, it's also really nice to set your own hours, vacations, and to actually make the decisions that your name is ultimately attached to...It's all about balance, I guess.
Hope you can take that early retirement option! If CTIX does it right, I hope I'll be there with you!
