Nah if you check the filings the agreement was already hammered out. big coup for us as investors who bought shares at market value are hard to come by and ceo's don't take the time to respect their shareholders, equity, the pps to make that happen. So, high net worth investor gets huge share lot without running up the price to accumulate, or wait, and they have a vested "profit motive" of holding and not crashing the pps. 

It's such a nice win-win-win for everyone that it is amazing and strange that it is so rare here with pinksheets. Besides, having made that deal also signals the fact that the audit, MM-hire and uplisting will get done as promised. Every time I call HHSE I hear they have had a group of auditors in there day-after-day after day....so we should be on target for the 2010/2011 audits being completed on time (maybe early!). reall good stuff, this stock has $.1-$.25 written all over it.
