With what money is James going to promote with. I can't believe anyone would consider trading services with a company's who's stock is trading as low as this one is, and has no real leadership in sight.
As for the lawsuit thing. I have been puzzled since this thing hit the grays as to why there has not been any lawsuits. My theory is that there were never any investors large enough to feel a class action law suit was worth it. All the big money(aka:family, knew this was all a rouse and got out after the big promotions. I am not someone sitting on the sidelines here, I own several million shares, I want nothing more than this thing to be successful. The unfortunate part is, I just don't think Giddyup has the capital, or reputation behind it to be successful. In my opinion, Bill has ruined any chance either of the companies have a future.
