On the call yesterday IR made it seem very much like part of the reconstruction was moving away from making any bearings directly, and moving towards a plan of selling raw materials to partners who will do the manufacturing through the SLAs that are being put in place.
The margins on raw materials are always lower than that of finished goods.
My question is do you plan to do both, or is this really a paradigm shift in the business plan? My original understanding was this strategy was just another way to generate some revenue with the TPAC footprint in China through import/export.
