Brand Ambassador program for RMHB? Has there be
Post# of 75011
Has there been any discussion about starting a Brand Ambassador program? There are various ways to structure it but it can be a great grass roots way to grow the brand. I was talking about it with the former distribution manager about a year ago and he said they were talking about it.
If you get college students to jump on board it can spread quickly and at just the cost of some promo materials (shirts, sell sheets to give store owners).
The B.A. is not an employee. All they do is generate distribution leads, wear promotional clothing etc. to promote the brand awareness, and for sure get their friends to buy the product. Each brand ambassador would have a distributor they report to forward store leads to.
Who goes to party/convenience stores more than college students? Each visit, they can drop off a sell sheet and create the sales lead. They don't act as direct salespersons. Just a quick sales lead and turnover to their distributor to do the actual sales pitch.
They get free promotional shirts and other promo items. If you create a hit on one campus, it will spread to others. How do you think Facebook started? It created a fad on college campuses.
I welcome feedback and ideas!
